href=\"https:\/\/foodstory.es\/en\/\">www.foodstory.es<\/a> ha elaborado un dossier sobre &nbsp;&nbsp;FACEDORES del foodservice en Europa, algunos de los &nbsp;cuales estar\u00e1n presentes en el evento de Madrid, &nbsp;que organiza la dfv Media Group ,entidad alemana que lo convoc\u00f3 &nbsp;durante 24 ediciones en Zurich y que despu\u00e9s de elegir Amsterdam , para iniciar la itineraci\u00f3n de sedes, y que &nbsp;ha recalado en &nbsp;Madrid, debido a la elevada importancia que est\u00e1 tomando la restauraci\u00f3n de marca en dicha capital europea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Summit que fue creada y dirigida hasta 2023 por la analista Gretel Weiss , bas\u00f3 su notoriedad en la importancia de los &nbsp;profesionales que de distintos pa\u00edses y categor\u00edas de restauraci\u00f3n de marca, fueron pasando por las sucesivas convocatorias anuales, fuente original de conocimiento pero tambi\u00e9n de networking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parte de esos profesionales son los denominados FACEDORES seg\u00fan foodstory.es los cuales identifica, siguiendo a la R.A.L.E, como aquellos \u201c <em>&nbsp;que crean, transforman y dejan huella, y que en su \u00e1mbito, el foodservice, son &nbsp;casi un dios &nbsp;en su especialidad<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre los seleccionados para confeccionar su perfil &nbsp;, adem\u00e1s de la propia <strong>Gretel Weiss,<\/strong> figuran nombres poco conocidos en el foodservice espa\u00f1ol como <strong>R.Bergfors<\/strong> que se anticip\u00f3 a\u00f1os a considerar la sostenibilidad en las decisiones que afectan a los negocios ; R<strong>.Hiltl ,<\/strong> pionero en oferta gastron\u00f3mica <em>plant based ;<\/em> <strong>O.Altherr<\/strong> que implement\u00f3 la cocina de mercado en la restauraci\u00f3n de marca; <strong>Alan Yau<\/strong> padre de <em>lo experencial<\/em> en los restaurantes o <strong>J.Watt<\/strong> que revolucion\u00f3 el concepto pub y su oferta cervecera..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pero tambi\u00e9n hay nombres muy conocidos como <strong>H.Schultz<\/strong> (Starbucks); <strong>H.McGovern<\/strong> (McWin); <strong>W.Seib<\/strong> (Autogrill\/Avolta);<strong>M.Bauer<\/strong>(Vapiano); <strong>V.R.Ordovsky<\/strong> (Rosinter)&nbsp; o <strong>Louis Le Duff<\/strong>, correspondiendo la representaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola a <strong>Ignasi<\/strong> <strong>&nbsp;Ferrer<\/strong> (Eat &nbsp;Out), el cual fue un aut\u00e9ntico animador de las ediciones de la Summit como orador, tertuliano y vocal del <em>think tank<\/em> , &nbsp;aconsejaba a Gretel Weiss, sobre los contenidos de tan anual &nbsp;internacional y profesional convocatoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El documento elaborado por foodstory.es pretende contribuir a crear literatura empresarial, sobre el sector de foodservice, destacando m\u00e1s el talante y talento de los nombres elegidos &nbsp;,que sus resultados econ\u00f3micos , dirigiendo las empresas en las que han realizado su desempe\u00f1o
