{"id":3376,"date":"2026-09-01T18:35:18","date_gmt":"2026-09-01T16:35:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/foodstory.es\/?p=3376"},"modified":"2026-09-01T18:35:28","modified_gmt":"2026-09-01T16:35:28","slug":"amrest-mas-solido-financieramente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foodstory.es\/en\/amrest-mas-solido-financieramente\/","title":{"rendered":"AMREST MAS SOLIDO FINANCIERAMENTE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>El Grupo AmRest ha completado la novaci\u00f3n decontrato de financiaci\u00f3n sindicada existente,<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>reforzando la flexibilidad y estabilidad financiera del grupo a largo plazo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La operaci\u00f3n se ha acordado con el mismo sindicato de entidades financieras que el contrato de financiaci\u00f3n original, integrado por BBVA, BNP Paribas Bank Polska, Bank Polska Kasa Opieki, \u010cesk\u00e1 Spo\u0159itelna, Rabobank, ING Bank \u015al\u0105ski, PKO Bank Polski, Banco Santander y Erste Bank Polska (este \u00faltimo tras la venta por Santander de su negocio en Polonia). BBVA e ING han actuado como coordinadores de sostenibilidad, mientras que Banco Santander ha desempe\u00f1ado el papel de agente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>El contrato modifica las condiciones de la financiaci\u00f3n existente, suscrita originalmente en diciembre de 2023<\/strong>, mediante la reorganizaci\u00f3n de su estructura de tramos y el incremento de hasta 100 millones de euros del tramo revolving para atender las necesidades de capital circulante del Grupo. Asimismo, incorpora un periodo de carencia de dos a\u00f1os desde la firma del acuerdo y ampl\u00eda el vencimiento hasta 2031, con la posibilidad de dos pr\u00f3rrogas adicionales de un a\u00f1o cada una, sujetas a la aprobaci\u00f3n de las entidades financiadoras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La operaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n reduce el margen aplicable y modifica determinados covenants financieros y otras disposiciones del contrato de financiaci\u00f3n para adaptarlos a las necesidades de la compa\u00f1\u00eda<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, contempla la posibilidad de incorporar una o varias l\u00edneas de financiaci\u00f3n adicionales (accordion facilities) por un importe agregado de hasta 300 millones de euros, proporcionando una mayor flexibilidad financiera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>El contrato de financiaci\u00f3n modificado contin\u00faa sujeto a las obligaciones habituales para este tipo de operaciones<\/strong>, incluido el mantenimiento de ciertos ratios financieros, y cuenta con la garant\u00eda otorgada por determinadas entidades que forman parte del Grupo.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Grupo AmRest ha completado la novaci\u00f3n decontrato de financiaci\u00f3n sindicada existente,\u00a0reforzando la flexibilidad y estabilidad financiera del grupo a largo plazo.
