La facturaci\u00f3n consolidada ascendi\u00f3 a&nbsp;<strong>623 millones &nbsp;euros<\/strong>, un aumento del 5,94% respecto al a\u00f1o anterior. El EBITDA subi\u00f3 a 39,2 millones de euros (+13,1%), mientras que el beneficio neto alcanz\u00f3 los 16,2 millones de euros, suponiendo un aumento del 18,78%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00abLos resultados de los estados financieros de 2025 confirman el crecimiento de nuestro Grupo\u00bb,<\/em>&nbsp;<strong>afirma Mario Putin<\/strong>, presidente de&nbsp;<strong>Serenissima Ristorazione S.p.A<\/strong>., quien subraya el compromiso con&nbsp;<em>\u00abla innovaci\u00f3n, la sostenibilidad y la ampliaci\u00f3n de horizontes empresariales\u00bb.<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El grupo emplea a &nbsp;m\u00e1s&nbsp;<strong>de 12.000 colaboradores distribuidos en las 14 empresas<\/strong>&nbsp;de la red. Es esta plantilla en constante crecimiento la que permite al Grupo operar con calidad en servicios sociales, sanitarios, escolares, corporativos y comerciales, y al mismo tiempo fortalecer el suministro de productos &nbsp;a terceros como distribuidor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el periodo de tres a\u00f1os 2023-2025, el Grupo ha destinado&nbsp;<strong>m\u00e1s de 80 millones de euros<\/strong>&nbsp;para fortalecer los centros de producci\u00f3n, mejorar la productividad y construir nuevas infraestructuras. Solo en 2025, las inversiones se acercaron&nbsp;<strong>a los 28 millones<\/strong>, con especial atenci\u00f3n a la diversificaci\u00f3n de productos y la expansi\u00f3n internacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La piedra angular del programa de producci\u00f3n es la finalizaci\u00f3n del centro&nbsp;<strong>Boara Pisani<\/strong>&nbsp;(PD): m\u00e1s&nbsp;<strong>de 30.000 metros cuadrados de superficie<\/strong>&nbsp;dedicados a la producci\u00f3n de harinas refrigeradas, una de las plantas m\u00e1s grandes de Europa en el segmento. Al mismo tiempo, la filial&nbsp;<strong>Rossi Giants<\/strong>&nbsp;complet\u00f3 la ampliaci\u00f3n de su HUB log\u00edstico, llev\u00e1ndolo a&nbsp;<strong>un total de 20.000 metros cuadrados<\/strong>. La infraestructura forma parte de la red de plataformas de compras y log\u00edstica del Grupo \u2014 que tambi\u00e9n incluye&nbsp;<strong>FFF<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Imes<\/strong>&nbsp;e&nbsp;<strong>ImesPircher \u2014 reforzando<\/strong>&nbsp;los servicios de suministro para el mercado Horeca y suministros interempresas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el sur de Italia, la estrategia de expansi\u00f3n territorial llev\u00f3 a la construcci\u00f3n del centro de producci\u00f3n en&nbsp;<strong>Melito di Napoli<\/strong>: hoy emplea a m\u00e1s de 150 colaboradores y produce&nbsp;<strong>10.000 comidas diarias para las escuelas<\/strong>&nbsp;de N\u00e1poles y su provincia, tras haber estado plenamente operativo en 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La&nbsp;<strong>Academia Corporativa Serenissima<\/strong>, ubicada en el centro de negocios&nbsp;<strong>La Vela<\/strong>&nbsp;(un proyecto valorado en m\u00e1s de 14 millones de euros realizado como parte de un proyecto de remodelaci\u00f3n urbana), ofreci\u00f3 m\u00e1s&nbsp;<strong>de 84.000 horas de formaci\u00f3n en 2025 (+18,4% respecto a 2024).<\/strong>&nbsp;Espacios modernos y tecnol\u00f3gicamente avanzados, una cocina experimental dedicada tanto a la formaci\u00f3n como a la investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo de nuevas propuestas culinarias: la Academia es el laboratorio donde se construye el futuro profesional del Grupo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2025 tambi\u00e9n marc\u00f3 un paso de madurez en el \u00e1mbito ESG.
