Bajo el t\u00edtulo \u201c<em>Hospitality Rising: Global Challenges, Local Solutions<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con la publicaci\u00f3n de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/thesra.org\/news-insights\/news\/new-hospitality-rising-sustainability-insights-show-global-progress\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cHospitality Rising\u201d<\/a>, The SRA busca mostrar lo que es posible, reconocer a las empresas de hosteler\u00eda que ya est\u00e1n liderando el cambio e inspirar a otras a seguir ese mismo camino. El objetivo es poner en valor la creatividad, el liderazgo y la acci\u00f3n en empresas de foodservice de todo tipo, animando a operadores de todo el mundo a trasladar estos ejemplos reales a acciones concretas en sus propios negocios, de cara a 2026 y a\u00f1os venideros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La hosteler\u00eda se encuentra en la primera l\u00ednea de muchos de los\u00a0<strong>desaf\u00edos de sostenibilidad m\u00e1s urgentes del mundo<\/strong>. Desde la volatilidad clim\u00e1tica, las disrupciones en los sistemas alimentarios y la fragilidad de las cadenas de suministro, hasta unas expectativas ESG en constante evoluci\u00f3n, la incertidumbre regulatoria y los cambios en el comportamiento del consumidor, las empresas del sector afrontan una presi\u00f3n sin precedentes, todo ello en un contexto econ\u00f3mico especialmente exigente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todo ello agravado por la puesta en tela de juicio de la eficacia del proyecto Green Deal que lanzado desde la UE sobre sostenibilidad, ha llevado a la no resoluci\u00f3n de temas peliagudos como la aplicacion de normas SBTi para lograr la descarbonizaci\u00f3n en las empresas y que fue \u00abaparcado\u00bb durante la campa\u00f1a electoral que renov\u00f3 la confianza a la defensora del Green Deal  , la Sra Ursula von der Leyden,presidenta de la Comis\u00f3n Europea<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El \u00a0informe desvela que las soluciones m\u00e1s eficaces alos citados \u00a0desaf\u00edos globales son aquellas que se adaptan a las particularidades de cada contexto local emergiendo una \u00a0idea central: l<strong>a comunidad<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>la colaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong>el intercambio<\/strong>\u00a0de conocimiento a nivel local y regional son las estrategias m\u00e1s efectivas para construir un sector m\u00e1s s\u00f3lido y resiliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Juliane Caillouette Noble<\/strong>, directora general de the SRA, se\u00f1ala: \u201c<em>Nos entusiasma compartir la primera edici\u00f3n de \u2018Hospitality Rising\u2019, un nuevo informe bianual que marca el camino hacia un futuro m\u00e1s s\u00f3lido y prometedor para el sector. Este proyecto responde a una aspiraci\u00f3n que venimos desarrollando desde que The SRA adopt\u00f3 una visi\u00f3n m\u00e1s global. Gracias a nuestro contacto diario con chefs y operadores de todo el mundo, somos plenamente conscientes de que este es un momento especialmente desafiante para el sector del foodservice. Sin embargo, lo que queremos demostrar con este informe es que muchas de las soluciones a estos retos ya existen y ya est\u00e1n transformando el sector en restaurantes, hoteles, empresas de catering y otros negocios de alimentaci\u00f3n y bebidas a nivel global. Estos l\u00edderes no esperan a que llegue un futuro mejor: lo est\u00e1n construyendo desde dentro de sus propias operaciones y m\u00e1s all\u00e1.
