Reuniendo a&nbsp;Umih,&nbsp;GHR,&nbsp;Snarr,&nbsp;Restau&#8217;Co,&nbsp;SNRC, pero tambi\u00e9n&nbsp;a Ania,&nbsp;FNSEA,&nbsp;La Coop\u00e9ration Agricole,&nbsp;GECO Food Service&nbsp;y&nbsp;Grossistes Alimentaires de France, el nuevo colectivo \u00abFili\u00e8re RestaurationS\u00bb pretende poner de relieve sus especificidades y necesidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero sobre todo, para jugar con el peso de su actividad. Cada d\u00eda, seg\u00fan datos de Gira by Circana Food Service, se sirven 20,27 millones de comidas fuera de casa en Francia, es decir, m\u00e1s de 7,4 mil millones de comidas al a\u00f1o para una facturaci\u00f3n de 84,8 mil millones de euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detr\u00e1s de esta diversidad, que abarca la hosteler\u00eda (comercial, colectiva, de comida r\u00e1pida o tem\u00e1tica), se esconde una red de 286.000 establecimientos en todo el pa\u00eds. Una fuerza econ\u00f3mica, social y cultural que irriga la agricultura, la agroalimentaci\u00f3n que contribuye a la soberan\u00eda alimentaria y que Fili\u00e8re RestaurationS pretende destacar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sus prioridades, dijo la nueva organizaci\u00f3n en un comunicado de prensa, son ser reconocido como un sector por derecho propio, defender la estabilidad regulatoria y fiscal, asegurar los suministros y promover las profesiones para responder a las tensiones de contrataci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para Esther Kalonji, delegada general de Snarr, \u00ab<em>esta es la primera vez que nos reunimos a una escala tan grande. A trav\u00e9s de este colectivo, queremos transmitir a las administraciones p\u00fablicas el mensaje de nuestro peso, en t\u00e9rminos de actividad y huella social. Al operar por sectores, demostramos que la restauraci\u00f3n, en toda su diversidad, es un di\u00e1logo que respeta las particularidades de cada uno.
