{"id":2654,"date":"2025-07-13T13:57:44","date_gmt":"2025-07-13T11:57:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/foodstory.es\/?p=2654"},"modified":"2025-07-13T13:57:46","modified_gmt":"2025-07-13T11:57:46","slug":"world-coffee-portal-publica-un-completo-estudio-sobre-los-coffee-bars-en-espana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foodstory.es\/en\/world-coffee-portal-publica-un-completo-estudio-sobre-los-coffee-bars-en-espana\/","title":{"rendered":"World Coffee Portal publica un completo estudio sobre los coffee bars en Espa\u00f1a"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El informe Project Caf\u00e9 Spain 2025 de World Coffee Portal muestra que el mercado de coffee bars de marca espa\u00f1ola creci\u00f3 un 3% en los \u00faltimos 12 meses hasta alcanzar los 2.215 puntos de venta, con operadores internacionales establecidos y una creciente demanda de caf\u00e9 de especialidad que impulsar\u00e1n una mayor expansi\u00f3n en el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o , Espa\u00f1a ya &nbsp;supera &nbsp;a Polonia como el s\u00e9ptimo mercado &nbsp;&nbsp;m\u00e1s grande de Europa por tama\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Espa\u00f1a tiene una cultura cafetera profundamente arraigada, ya que el 80% de los consumidores espa\u00f1oles encuestados beben caf\u00e9 caliente a diario y m\u00e1s del 90% al menos una vez a la semana, seg\u00fan el informe Project Caf\u00e9 Spain 2025 de World Coffee Portal.El caf\u00e9 fr\u00edo, aunque solo el 5% de los consumidores espa\u00f1oles encuestados lo compra a diario, tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 creciendo en popularidad, impulsado por los consumidores m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes y la creciente preferencia por las adiciones de sabor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El cuarenta por ciento de los consumidores espa\u00f1oles menores de 35 a\u00f1os encuestados por World Coffee Portal compran una bebida helada en una cafeter\u00eda al menos una vez a la semana, con marcas como GoodNews, The Coffee y Dunkin&#8217; haciendo del caf\u00e9 helado una parte clave de sus campa\u00f1as de marketing en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Si bien el crecimiento neto de los puntos de venta en Espa\u00f1a se desaceler\u00f3 el a\u00f1o pasado, frente al 4,6% de 2023 y el 8,7% de 2022, la popularidad de la cultura de los coffee bars &nbsp;est\u00e1 aumentando. Las tres cadenas &nbsp;&nbsp;m\u00e1s grandes de Espa\u00f1a expandieron sus respectivas redes en dos d\u00edgitos en los \u00faltimos 12 meses, con el l\u00edder del mercado, McCaf\u00e9, abriendo 28 nuevos locales &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;para llegar a 539 &nbsp;en total Adem\u00e1s, &nbsp;&nbsp;Starbucks sum\u00f3 &nbsp;17 locales m\u00e1s &nbsp;para llegar a 181 &nbsp;, mientras que la cadena nacional premium Santagloria abri\u00f3 34 &nbsp;&nbsp;para llegar a 165 ubicaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el objetivo de aprovechar la fuerte cultura del caf\u00e9 en Espa\u00f1a, la cadena brit\u00e1nica de caf\u00e9 y comida para llevar Pret A Manger planea abrir 70 &nbsp;nuevos locales en &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Espa\u00f1a y Portugal para 2033 , a trav\u00e9s de la portuguesa &nbsp;Ibersol Group. Pret ha abierto 10 locales en Espa\u00f1a desde que debut\u00f3 en el Aeropuerto de&nbsp; s Barcelona-El Prat en noviembre de 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los operadores de cafeter\u00edas espa\u00f1olas tambi\u00e9n notan un creciente inter\u00e9s de los consumidores en el caf\u00e9 de especialidad, con m\u00e1s de dos tercios de los encuestados afirmando que el crecimiento del segmento es la tendencia de consumo m\u00e1s importante que afecta actualmente al mercado local de cafeter\u00edas, por delante de la influencia de las redes sociales (45%) y la conciencia de los precios (42%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Destacando el desarrollo de la categor\u00eda, las marcas locales de caf\u00e9 de especialidad Syra Coffee y East Crema Coffee abrieron cada una tres nuevos locales &nbsp;el a\u00f1o pasado para llegar a 41 y 17 &nbsp;como red , respectivamente, mientras que la cadena de caf\u00e9 de especialidad y panader\u00eda Manolo Bakes abri\u00f3 12 locales &nbsp;para llegar a 55 &nbsp;en total.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfatizando a\u00fan m\u00e1s el potencial de crecimiento del segmento de caf\u00e9s especiales de Espa\u00f1a, Syra, con sede en Barcelona, busca duplicar con creces su presencia nacional en los pr\u00f3ximos tres a\u00f1os, mientras que East Crema tiene cinco tiendas en construcci\u00f3n y otras cinco en desarrollo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los tostadores de caf\u00e9 de especialidad nacionales Madness Coffee y Onyva, as\u00ed como las cadenas internacionales de especialidades The Miners y The Coffee, tambi\u00e9n registraron un crecimiento neto de los puntos de venta
