Seg\u00fan el \u00faltimo Chain Review de Food Service Vision, este crecimiento est\u00e1 impulsado principalmente por los QSR, cuya cuota de mercado aument\u00f3 4 puntos entre 2019 y 2024. Sin embargo, estas cifras muestran un entorno cada vez m\u00e1s competitivo en el que la facturaci\u00f3n media por punto de venta ha disminuido ligeramente a lo largo del periodo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La competencia &nbsp;&nbsp;en Francia es feroz, ya que los grandes l\u00edderes intentan consolidar sus posiciones y muchas marcas emergentes se disputan un lugar en el panorama, impulsadas por un enorme apetito de diversificaci\u00f3n por parte de los comensales. La firma Food Service Vision contabiliz\u00f3 114 cadenas de restaurantes en 2024 por 5.400 Me de facturaci\u00f3n (+8% vs. 2019, pero menos en 2024). Y, sobre todo, solo 311 cadenas de QRS por valor de 15.600 millones de euros, lo que supone un crecimiento del 33% desde 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como resultado, la cuota de mercado del QSR ha aumentado l\u00f3gicamente desde el per\u00edodo pre-Covid del 71% al 75% de un mercado valorado en &nbsp;una facturaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 21.000 Me en 2024. Impulsado por los gigantes estadounidenses -McDonald&#8217;s, Burger King, Quick y otros, etc.-, el segmento de \u00abburger\u00bb se sit\u00faa a la cabeza (8.800 Me), muy por delante de las cadenas de &nbsp;&nbsp;bocadillos (1.470 Me&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;restaurantes \u00abgrill\u00bb (1.060 Me), \u00abchicken\u00bb (1.030 Me ) y \u00abcaf\u00e9s-restaurantes-pubs\u00bb con 768 Me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Food Service Vision tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 observando de cerca los movimientos realizados por algunos de los principales l\u00edderes \u00a0\u00a0(QSRP, Bertrand Group, etc.), pero tambi\u00e9n por otros operadores m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os (Le Grand Feu, Big M, etc.). Todos ellos est\u00e1n tratando de diversificar sus ofertas creando o comprando marcas y asumiendo \u00a0master franquicias \u00a0en las m\u00e1s diversas especialidades: comida callejera asi\u00e1tica y griega, panqueques, pollo frito, cocina mexicana, donuts&#8230;  El mercado franc\u00e9s tambi\u00e9n atrae a los reci\u00e9n llegados, ya sea el mercado de las cafeter\u00edas (Fnac Caf\u00e9, Caf\u00e9 Feuillette, Caf\u00e9 Spok, Brioche Dor\u00e9e, My Fluffy, Coffee Island, etc.), el asianfood\u00a0 \u00a0(Baan Phadthai), los donuts (Dunkin&#8217; Donuts) o las burger .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con m\u00e1s de 16.800 establecimientos en Francia, las cadenas de restaurantes contin\u00faan extendi\u00e9ndose por todo el pa\u00eds, registrando un aumento del 27% en el n\u00famero de establecimientos en 5 a\u00f1os.
