Por otro lado, el ticket medio se mantiene casi estable (+0,1%).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"174\" src=\"https:\/\/foodstory.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/image.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2435\" srcset=\"https:\/\/foodstory.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/image.jpeg 650w, https:\/\/foodstory.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/image-300x80.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/foodstory.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/image-18x5.jpeg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A pesar de las insolvencias, que aumentaron m\u00e1s de un 7%, el n\u00famero de locales sigui\u00f3 aumentando (+2,1%).&nbsp;&nbsp; La tasa habit\/local&nbsp; bate records:&nbsp; con 1 restaurante por&nbsp; 168 habitantes en 2024 frente a 1 por&nbsp; 238 hace 20 a\u00f1os. \u00ab<\/strong><em><strong>Nunca la industria de los restaurantes ha sido tan accesible&#8230; ni tan competitivos<\/strong><\/em><strong>\u00ab, se\u00f1alan los autores del estudio. En cuanto a la asistencia, tambi\u00e9n aument\u00f3 un 2%.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Al mismo tiempo, las expectativas de los consumidores est\u00e1n evolucionando. Para entenderlos mejor, Gira realiz\u00f3 una encuesta entre clientes de restaurantes&nbsp; y concluy\u00f3 que la frecuencia de consumo de los franceses out home&nbsp; est\u00e1 en constante evoluci\u00f3n, dependiendo de la hora elegida, al mediod\u00eda o por la noche.
