Esa es la conclusi\u00f3n de una nueva investigaci\u00f3n realizada en el Reino Unido y Alemania, los dos mercados m\u00e1s grandes de alimentos de origen vegetal en Europa, entre 4.827 personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero, si se profundiza en el &nbsp;notable informe, elaborado por GFI Europe, Plant Futures Collective y HarrisX, queda en evidencia &nbsp;lo dif\u00edcil que ser\u00e1 cambiar las dietas y los patrones de consumo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En los siete d\u00edas anteriores a la encuesta, el 97% de los adultos del Reino Unido dijeron que hab\u00edan comido al menos prote\u00edna animal. Los l\u00e1cteos (81%), la leche (80%), las carnes blancas (73%) y los huevos (73%) fueron los claros favoritos, seguidos de las carnes rojas (58%), los postres l\u00e1cteos (51%) y los mariscos (47%). De hecho, el 31% afirm\u00f3 haber reducido su consumo de carne roja, pero est\u00e1 aumentando la cantidad de carne blanca y pescado que come (ninguno de los cuales viene sin carga ambiental).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Casi el doble de personas en ambos pa\u00edses dijeron que disfrutaban del sabor de la carne y los l\u00e1cteos de origen animal en comparaci\u00f3n con los que dijeron lo mismo sobre los alimentos de origen vegetal, y las personas eran mucho m\u00e1s propensas a elegir la carne y los l\u00e1cteos convencionales en lugar de los alimentos de origen vegetal \u00abpor costumbre\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las dificultades de \u201c lo plant based\u201d&nbsp; son evidentes ; &nbsp;desde 2021, las ventas de algunos productos de origen vegetal han ca\u00eddo, y los consumidores citan el sabor y el precio como sus principales preocupaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como se\u00f1alan los autores del informe: \u201c Ojo! Sabemos que la intenci\u00f3n declarada no siempre conduce a cambios reales de comportamiento. Hay &nbsp;datos que revelan que ha habido un estancamiento de las ventas de alimentos de origen vegetal en el Reino Unido en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os.
