{"id":2229,"date":"2025-02-17T16:33:52","date_gmt":"2025-02-17T15:33:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/foodstory.es\/?p=2229"},"modified":"2025-02-17T16:33:55","modified_gmt":"2025-02-17T15:33:55","slug":"el-mercado-de-eeuu-en-el-foco-de-la-expansion-de-marcas-de-todo-el-mundo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foodstory.es\/en\/el-mercado-de-eeuu-en-el-foco-de-la-expansion-de-marcas-de-todo-el-mundo\/","title":{"rendered":"El mercado de EEUU en el foco de la expansi\u00f3n de marcas de todo el mundo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hay varias marcas internacionales que quieren un pedazo del&nbsp; pastel &nbsp;que supone el mercado de restaurantes en EEUU valorado en 2025 en la estratosf\u00e9rica cifra de 1bill\u00f3n de euros!!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde el inicio del 2025 ,&nbsp; la brit\u00e1nica PizzaExpress,&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; las&nbsp; canadienses Cluck Clucks, CRAFT Restaurant &amp; Beer Market y WingsUp!,&nbsp; la sueca&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Eggs Inc. ,&nbsp; la japonesa Bread,&nbsp;&nbsp; o la espa\u00f1ola Udon&nbsp; han debutado o anunciado su intenci\u00f3n de abrir en los Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En los \u00faltimos dos a\u00f1os, otros conceptos, como la cadena canadiense de shawarma Osmow&#8217;s o la&nbsp; taquer\u00eda <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nrn.com\/fast-casual\/australian-concept-guzman-y-gomez-plots-u-s-expansion\">australiana Guzm\u00e1n y G\u00f3mez<\/a>&nbsp;han hecho lo mismo, mientras que la cadena filipina de &nbsp;QSR &nbsp;Jollibee &nbsp;se ha adelantado a todos &nbsp;superando las 100 ubicaciones en 2024. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Expertos en el sector del foodservice lo atribuyen a que el prime cost en EEUU es m\u00e1s posible de gestionar que en UK o en otros pa\u00edses donde la inflaci\u00f3n descalabra al sector de restaurantes.Pero tambi\u00e9n opinan que&nbsp; no todos llegan a consolidarse:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;La Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Restaurantes pronostica una expansi\u00f3n de la industria del 4% este a\u00f1o, con ventas en establecimientos gastron\u00f3micos que superar\u00e1n los&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nrn.com\/restaurant-insights\/the-restaurant-industry-is-projected-to-reach-1-5-trillion-in-sales-this-year\">1,1 billones de d\u00f3lares<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hay varias marcas internacionales que quieren un pedazo de ese pastel en crecimiento. Solo desde diciembre, PizzaExpress, con sede en el Reino Unido, los conceptos canadienses Cluck Clucks, CRAFT Restaurant &amp; Beer Market y WingsUp!, el concepto sueco Eggs Inc. y la japonesa Bread, Espresso &amp; han debutado o anunciado su intenci\u00f3n de abrir en los Estados Unidos. En los \u00faltimos dos a\u00f1os, otros conceptos, como la cadena canadiense de shawarma Osmow&#8217;s y&nbsp;la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nrn.com\/fast-casual\/australian-concept-guzman-y-gomez-plots-u-s-expansion\">australiana Guzm\u00e1n y G\u00f3mez<\/a>&nbsp;han hecho lo mismo, mientras que la cadena filipina de servicio r\u00e1pido Jollibee ha presionado en el gas dom\u00e9stico, superando las 100 ubicaciones en 2024. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 tantos y por qu\u00e9 ahora?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan los expertos,&nbsp; si bien es cierto que el crecimiento de la industria estadounidense se ha desacelerado, se podr\u00eda argumentar que las condiciones operativas son actualmente mejores en EEU que en Canad\u00e1 y el Reino Unido, especialmente en lo que respecta&nbsp; al prime cost&nbsp; alimentos y la mano de obra. Por lo tanto, si existen&nbsp;&nbsp; conceptos&nbsp; que&nbsp; se cree&nbsp; que podr\u00edan funcionar en los Estados Unidos&nbsp; hay una&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; oportunidad de crecimiento&nbsp; superior a lo de los pa\u00edses nativos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, eso no quiere decir que sea f\u00e1cil.&nbsp;&nbsp; Hay pocas cadenas internacionales que realmente se hayan convertido en actores importantes en los EE.
