{"id":1698,"date":"2024-06-21T16:54:59","date_gmt":"2024-06-21T14:54:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/foodstory.es\/?p=1698"},"modified":"2024-06-22T00:05:21","modified_gmt":"2024-06-21T22:05:21","slug":"nuevo-informe-para-destacar-lo-nocivo-del-consumo-de-alimentos-ultraprocesados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foodstory.es\/en\/nuevo-informe-para-destacar-lo-nocivo-del-consumo-de-alimentos-ultraprocesados\/","title":{"rendered":"Nuevo informe para destacar lo nocivo del consumo de alimentos ultraprocesados"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nueva pol\u00e9mica sobre este tema que, ahora, enfrenta a la OMS con la Food&amp;Drinks Europe,la patronal de la industria alimentaria en la UE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan un reciente estudio de la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud, que lleva el nombre de \u201c<em>Commercial determinants of non communicable diseases in<\/em>&nbsp;<em>the WHO European Region<\/em>\u201d hay que limitar el consumo de ultraprocesados ( tal como los contempla la clasificaci\u00f3n Nova) ,el alcohol, el tabaco y los combustibles f\u00f3siles, ya que son la causa del crecimiento de la mortalidad debido a enfermedades cancer\u00edgenas, coronarias, neum\u00f3logicas o a la diabetes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las cifras que maneja el Informe son reveladoras. En Europa fallecen por las causas citadas 2,7 millones de personas al a\u00f1o (a nivel mundial ser\u00edan 19),lo que supone que, en cada uno de&nbsp;&nbsp;los 53 estados del viejo continente, cada d\u00eda mueren 7.500 personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el Informe se da cuenta de que la industria alimentaria deber\u00eda corregir sus pr\u00e1cticas actuales a nivel de producci\u00f3n y de comunicaci\u00f3n sobre lo saludable de sus productos, y sus redactores solicitan que se arbitren medidas para que, aquellas, no afecten la implementaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas de salud p\u00fablica por parte de los policy makers.No ha faltado tiempo para que el sector empresarial, representado en Food&amp;Drink Europe, la patronal a nivel d ela UE, haya replicado, por medio de Rebecca Faz, directora cient\u00edfica de dicha organizaci\u00f3n, se\u00f1alando que el procesamiento de alimentos no afecta a la salud de los consumidores y s\u00ed sus componentes nutricionales, la frecuencia de su consumo y el estilo de vida de cada persona<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nueva pol\u00e9mica sobre este tema que, ahora, enfrenta a la OMS con la Food&amp;Drinks Europe,la patronal de la industria alimentaria en la UE.
