{"id":1692,"date":"2024-06-21T16:46:57","date_gmt":"2024-06-21T14:46:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/foodstory.es\/?p=1692"},"modified":"2024-06-21T16:46:59","modified_gmt":"2024-06-21T14:46:59","slug":"metro-y-pomona-lideran-la-distribucion-especializada-en-francia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foodstory.es\/en\/metro-y-pomona-lideran-la-distribucion-especializada-en-francia\/","title":{"rendered":"Metro y Pomona lideran la distribuci\u00f3n especializada en Francia."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Recientemente, la consultora francesa\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tendances-restauration.com\/?s=food+service+vision\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Food Service Vision<\/a>\u00a0dio a conocer en su publicaci\u00f3n Distribution\u00a0Review,\u00a0los resultados de su an\u00e1lisis sobre el sector de distribuci\u00f3n especializada en foodservice en el vecino pa\u00eds y que, para 2023, alcanz\u00f3 una facturaci\u00f3n de\u00a023.400 millones de euros, un 10.8% m\u00e1s que el a\u00f1o anterior y 4.600 millones de euros m\u00e1s que en 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La distribuci\u00f3n\u00a0organizada, que actualmente incluye a 26 empresas\u00a0que\u00a0representan\u00a0\u00a0el 67% del total del sector, est\u00e1 impulsada por dos l\u00edderes que representan por s\u00ed solos el 40% del sector: los grupos\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tendances-restauration.com\/?s=metro\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Metro<\/a>\u00a0y\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tendances-restauration.com\/?s=pomona\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pomona<\/a>, en un sector polarizado, donde\u00a0\u00a017 empresas\u00a0\u00a0representan solamente entre el 0.5% y el 6.5% del mercado. El estudio tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1ala una ligera p\u00e9rdida de terreno del concepto \u00abcash &amp; carry\u00bb en beneficio de la\u00a0distribuci\u00f3n local a local,\u00a0que representa\u00a0m\u00e1s del 81%\u00a0del mercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Del informe se desprenden tambi\u00e9n otras conclusiones: por un lado, la\u00a0racionalizaci\u00f3n de la oferta, con la promoci\u00f3n de las marcas de distribuidor para ofrecer productos b\u00e1sicos con la mejor relaci\u00f3n calidad\/precio, pero tambi\u00e9n\u00a0ofertas para restaurantes sostenibles\u00a0basadas en productos locales y origen plant-based. As\u00ed, la cuota de los productos de \u00aborigen franc\u00e9s\u00bb en las ofertas promocionales de los distribuidores aument\u00f3 del 35.2 % al 37.6 % entre 2019 y 2023, mientras que el peso de lo vegetal aument\u00f3 un 52 % entre 2021 y 2023.
