En el caso de la hosteler\u00eda, se podr\u00e1 fumar en las terrazas de los restaurantes, siempre y cuando as\u00ed lo consideren sus propietarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pol\u00e9mica est\u00e1 servida. Hay quien dice que adelante! siempre y cuando se vigile que no haya ni\u00f1os y que no moleste al resto de clientes y hay quien se niega rotundamente a que la ley haga de las terrazas aut\u00e9nticos fumaderos incontrolados&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;,sobre todo&nbsp;&nbsp;por el olor, que molestar\u00e1 a quien no consuma hierba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incluso hay gobiernos regionales como el de Baviera que para eventos p\u00fablicos tales como parques de atracciones o jardines como el Englischer Garten, ha dicho no al fumar. \u00a1Que decir de la Oktober Fest! Sus organizadores sin embargo a\u00fan se lo est\u00e1n pensando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como toda ley en la actualidad, se considera que no se ha elaborado bien ( midiendo consecuencias de su aplicaci\u00f3n&nbsp;&nbsp;) por sus art\u00edfices ,donde adem\u00e1s ha predominado el color pol\u00edtico de los firmantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Resultado: divisi\u00f3n entre la profesi\u00f3n. Mientras el grupo Concept Family(antes Enchilada, ya hab\u00eda dise\u00f1ado un nuevo concepto hostelero bajo el nombre de Heesch basado en el cannabis hay grupos como Hans in Gluck que se oponen a la liberta de fumar, no s\u00f3lo por considerar lo negativo por la presencia de menores sino tambi\u00e9n para aquella clientela a la que moleste el olor. Causa \u00e9sta que invocan los due\u00f1os de The Duc Ngo o la filial en Alemania de Mitchells&amp;Butler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hay m\u00e1s permisivos que permitir\u00e1n fumar; pero que estar\u00e1n muy atentos a recomendar su omisi\u00f3n si hay ni\u00f1os o molesta al resto de clientes.
