Reducir la dieta actual del Reino Unido a 3,12 kg de<sub>CO2<\/sub>e por persona y d\u00eda supondr\u00eda m\u00e1s de la mitad de las reducciones de emisiones alimentarias del 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sodexo UK admite que los n\u00fameros a\u00fan no son perfectos, pero es optimista al manifestar que mejorar\u00e1n a trav\u00e9s, por ejemplo, de su iniciativa WWF Finer Diner en la restauraci\u00f3n escolar, o de &nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/vegnews.com\/2023\/1\/linkedin-shifts-65-percent-plant-based\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">las pruebas que hace con Greener by Default<\/a>,&nbsp;en los comedores de empresa .&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo,&nbsp;la mentalizaci\u00f3n y asunci\u00f3n de criterios de descarbonizaci\u00f3n por parte de los comensales en los comedores de sus clientes, es esencial para impulsar una reducci\u00f3n&nbsp;&nbsp;de emisiones. La nueva encuesta de Sodexo a 2.278 personas , del Reino Unido, mostr\u00f3 que el 60% no recuerda haber visto alguna vez el etiquetado de carbono en los platos&nbsp;&nbsp;o los men\u00fas, pero el 20%&nbsp;&nbsp;s\u00ed ya lo busca&nbsp;&nbsp;. Alrededor del 36% espera que los restaurantes y las&nbsp;<em>stations<\/em>de comida&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;ofrezcan informaci\u00f3n sobre las emisiones de carbono, mientras que el 28% dijo que no le
