{"id":1506,"date":"2024-03-29T20:36:32","date_gmt":"2024-03-29T19:36:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/foodstory.es\/?p=1506"},"modified":"2024-03-29T20:36:34","modified_gmt":"2024-03-29T19:36:34","slug":"la-restauracion-de-marca-deja-su-impronta-en-alimentaria-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foodstory.es\/en\/la-restauracion-de-marca-deja-su-impronta-en-alimentaria-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"La Restauraci\u00f3n de Marca deja su impronta en Alimentaria 2024,"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">con la presencia de de sus CEO m\u00e1s representativos del potencial del sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">El reciente acuerdo entre Marcas de Restauraci\u00f3n, la organizaci\u00f3n patronal de las cadenas de restauraci\u00f3n moderna que dirige Adriana Bonezzi y la feria Alimentaria ha dado como primer paso la organizaci\u00f3n de un encuentro de alto nivel en el transcurso de la \u00faltima edici\u00f3n del certamen con la presencia, entre otros participantes,\u00a0de tres altos directivos de otras tantas empresas que lideran el ranking de su sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan fuentes del gabinete de prensa de Marcas de Restauraci\u00f3n, la mesa redonda<strong>\u00a0\u00abLas perspectivas del mercado y las estrategias futuras\u00bb, <\/strong>se convirti\u00f3 en el plato fuerte de la jornada<strong>\u00a0\u00abImagine Foodservice 2024\u00bb <\/strong>ya que reuni\u00f3 a\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Borja Hern\u00e1ndez<strong>,\u00a0<\/strong>presidente de Marcas de Restauraci\u00f3n y Director general de RBI<strong>; Luis Comas,\u00a0<\/strong>CEO de Amrest;<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>y<strong> Jos\u00e9 Lu\u00eds Portela,\u00a0<\/strong>CEO de Alsea Europa. Entre las tres empresas suman, grosso modo,\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0ventas anuales de m\u00e1s de 2.500M de euros, a trav\u00e9s de una red de\u00a0\u00a0alrededor de\u00a0\u00a02.500 locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el di\u00e1logo entre ellos, se abordaron temas como el cuidado de las personas, donde coincidieron en la implementaci\u00f3n de procesos de formaci\u00f3n y desarrollo profesional, en la necesidad de adaptarse a las necesidades del empleado, en el valor del reconocimiento con sistemas de incentivos y como todo ello se debe ejercer de manera sostenida.\u00a0<strong>Jos\u00e9 Lu\u00eds<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Portela<\/strong>\u00a0afirm\u00f3 que:\u00a0<em>\u201cLas personas son la clave en nuestro negocio, tenemos muy claro que detr\u00e1s de cada proceso hay una mano humana que lo lleva a cabo. El cuidado de los empleados es prioritario\u201d.\u00a0<\/em>Por su lado,\u00a0<strong>Luis Comas <\/strong>apunt\u00f3: \u201c<em>Son empresas dise\u00f1adas para crecer y el hecho de nutrirnos con nuestra propia cantera es fundamental. Que casi el 65% de nuestros mandos intermedios y altos de la organizaci\u00f3n, provienen de la propia restauraci\u00f3n base\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tal como se\u00f1ala la nota distribuida por el gabinete de prensa de Marcas de Restauraci\u00f3n, los tres participantes con amplia presencia nacional e internacional coincidieron en la necesidad de unificar regulaciones para garantizar la unidad de mercado y la seguridad jur\u00eddica, as\u00ed como una eficiente aplicaci\u00f3n de las normas en todos los territorios para no perder competitividad.
