{"id":1401,"date":"2024-02-23T12:28:39","date_gmt":"2024-02-23T11:28:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/foodstory.es\/?p=1401"},"modified":"2024-02-23T12:29:34","modified_gmt":"2024-02-23T11:29:34","slug":"restaurants-brands-international-anuncia-su-plan-para-alcanzar-2028-con-40-000-locales-y-ventas-de-60-000-m-de-dolares","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foodstory.es\/en\/restaurants-brands-international-anuncia-su-plan-para-alcanzar-2028-con-40-000-locales-y-ventas-de-60-000-m-de-dolares\/","title":{"rendered":"Restaurants Brands International anuncia su plan para alcanzar 2028 con 40.000 locales y ventas de 60.000 M de d\u00f3lares"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En EEUU absorber\u00e1 la red de locales de su franquiciado Carrols Restaurant Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hace pocas semanas RBI anunci\u00f3 en Toronto un plan de cinco a\u00f1os para gestionar 40.000 locales, por medio de hacer crecer a sus cuatro representativas marcas en los segmentos de bakery caf\u00e9, Burger chicken s\u00e1ndwich y subs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ello va a invertir 3.200 M de d\u00f3lares en aperturas que incrementar\u00e1n su red actual de 31.070 locales, distribuidos entre 7.144 Burger King,4,526 Tim Hortons, 3.394 Popeyes y 1.265 Firehouse Subs, los cuales totalizaron, en 2023, ventas por valor de\u00a0\u00a042.886 millones de d\u00f3lares\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0(un\u00a012,2% m\u00e1s que en 2022)\u00a0\u00a0y que han dado un\u00a0beneficio neto de 1.718 millones de d\u00f3lares (+ 15,96%).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todas las marcas registraron\u00a0crecimientos de sus ventas, con Tim Hortons a la cabeza con un 8,4 %, seguido de Burger King (6,3 %), Popeyes (5,5 %) y Firehouse Subs (3,5 %).\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00abNuestras cuatro ic\u00f3nicas marcas\u00a0\u00a0tienen s\u00f3lidos fundamentos\u00a0para el crecimiento\u00bb, ha declarado\u00a0\u00a0Josh Kobza, CEO.\u00bb Nuestro horizonte de inversi\u00f3n a largo plazo deber\u00eda dar lugar a un rendimiento empresarial convincente e impulsar al menos una rentabilidad total anual de dos d\u00edgitos, para los accionistas, durante los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os\u00bb.<\/em>\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a estrategias de desarrollo internacional, fuentes de RBI se\u00f1alaron&nbsp;&nbsp;que&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\u201c cada una de las&nbsp;&nbsp;cuatro marcas se encuentra en una etapa diferente de desarrollo. \u00abEl negocio todav\u00eda tiene una oportunidad sustancial para la expansi\u00f3n en nuevos pa\u00edses y el aumento de la penetraci\u00f3n de mercados existentes fuertes y establecidos en todo el mundo\u00bb&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dentro del plan anunciado figura el acuerdo entre RBI&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;y su mayor franquiciado, Carrols Restaurant Group, Inc.,&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;en virtud del cual RBI adquirir\u00e1 todas las acciones emitidas y en circulaci\u00f3n de Carrols que est\u00e1n valoradas en&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;alrededor de&nbsp;1.000 millones de d\u00f3lares.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carrols es propietaria de m\u00e1s de 1.000 restaurantes Burger King y Popeyes.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En EEUU absorber\u00e1 la red de locales de su franquiciado Carrols Restaurant Group.
