La operaci\u00f3n se realizar\u00e1 mediante una <strong>joint venture<\/strong> con el grupo estadounidense Ballyhoo Hospitality, con sede en Chicago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, Big Mamma colaborar\u00e1 con el restaurador local <strong>Carmine Giardini<\/strong>, fundador de Carmine&#8217;s Gourmet Market &amp; La Trattoria, una instituci\u00f3n de Palm Beach con d\u00e9cadas de trayectoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan <strong>Tigrane Seydoux<\/strong>, cofundador del grupo junto a Victor Lugger, el objetivo de Big Mamma no es simplemente abrir restaurantes, sino crear lugares donde los empleados quieran trabajar y donde la hospitalidad se convierta en una experiencia memorable para el cliente. El grupo considera que la satisfacci\u00f3n de los equipos se transmite directamente al consumidor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La compa\u00f1\u00eda destaca que llevar\u00e1 a Florida su modelo basado en:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Producto italiano aut\u00e9ntico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compras directas a productores familiares italianos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restaurantes con una fuerte personalidad de dise\u00f1o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una cultura de hospitalidad muy centrada en las personas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fundada en Par\u00eds en 2013, Big Mamma cuenta actualmente con <strong>35 restaurantes en 9 pa\u00edses<\/strong> y cerca de <strong>3.000 empleados<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno de los aspectos m\u00e1s llamativos de la operaci\u00f3n es que Seydoux se ha trasladado personalmente a Florida con su familia para dirigir el lanzamiento, repitiendo la f\u00f3rmula que utiliz\u00f3 en la expansi\u00f3n a Madrid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La entrada en EE.
