La marca fundada por Florian de Chezelles y James Dare quiere llevar a Par\u00eds una visi\u00f3n m\u00e1s premium y emocional del bar de ensaladas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nacida en Londres en la era posterior al Covid, The Salad Project trabaja para eliminar la ensalada del registro de catering funcional. Inspirado en las cadenas americanas premium y nutrido por los c\u00f3digos de hospitalidad de lujo espec\u00edficos de la carrera de los fundadores, el concepto se apoya tanto en la experiencia como en el contenido del \u00abplato\u00bb, o m\u00e1s bien del bol, para transformar la comida saludable y cotidiana en una aut\u00e9ntica marca de estilo de vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con 15 locales de propiedad directa y casi 30 millones de libras en facturaci\u00f3n en 2025, o 35 millones de euros, (algunas unidades alcanzan hasta 4 millones de euros en facturaci\u00f3n), la marca tiene la intenci\u00f3n de compartir toda su experiencia en Francia, donde plantar\u00e1 su primera semilla fuera de Londres en septiembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La historia comenz\u00f3 en la Ecole h\u00f4teli\u00e8re de Lausanne (en Suiza), donde Florian de Chezelles y James Dare se conocieron antes de hacerse muy buenos amigos y crear TSP<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Su idea en ese momento era crear una barra de ensaladas premium donde el cuidado dado al servicio, al ambiente o al producto fuera mucho m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la simple l\u00f3gica funcional del almuerzo r\u00e1pido. El primer restaurante abri\u00f3 en Londres, en el distrito de Spitalfields, en mayo de 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El concepto se basa en la fuerte promesa de una preparaci\u00f3n 100% in situ .
