El jurado ha querido premiar una trayectoria empresarial marcada por la expansi\u00f3n internacional, la innovaci\u00f3n y la capacidad de conectar mercados, culturas y modelos de negocio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La organizaci\u00f3n del premio define a McGovern como un aut\u00e9ntico \u201cconstructor de puentes\u201d, en referencia a su papel como impulsor del desarrollo de la restauraci\u00f3n moderna entre Europa Occidental y del Este, as\u00ed como a su capacidad para unir inversi\u00f3n, emprendimiento y visi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica en un mismo proyecto empresarial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El reconocimiento pone especialmente en valor su contribuci\u00f3n al crecimiento de AmRest, grupo que pas\u00f3 de sus primeras operaciones en Polonia a convertirse en uno de los mayores operadores de restauraci\u00f3n de Europa, con presencia en 26 pa\u00edses y alrededor de 55.000 empleados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras abandonar la gesti\u00f3n ejecutiva diaria de AmRest en 2015, McGovern impuls\u00f3 McWin Partners, veh\u00edculo inversor desde el que ha participado en el desarrollo y expansi\u00f3n de diversas ense\u00f1as internacionales del sector, entre ellas L\u2019Osteria, Dean &amp; David, Burger King Germany, Popeyes, Big Mamma  Sticks\u2019n\u2019Sushi y recientemente la espa\u00f1ola INCAPTO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El jurado tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 aspectos personales de su trayectoria, subrayando su capacidad de di\u00e1logo, el apoyo prestado a emprendedores y su implicaci\u00f3n social en momentos complejos para el sector.Es un gran amigo y conocedor de Espa\u00f1a;en especial de sus vinos los cuales le han reportado hasta disponer de una propia bodega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En marzo pasado asistio en Barcelona a una cita de Foodservice Europe y su Summit2026 en  la semana de celebracion de la feria ALIMENTARIA<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Hamburger Foodservice Preis est\u00e1 considerado uno de los galardones de mayor prestigio dentro de la industria europea de la restauraci\u00f3n y distingue anualmente a empresarios y compa\u00f1\u00edas con una contribuci\u00f3n significativa al desarrollo del sector.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Henry McGovern ha sido distinguido con el Hamburger Foodservice Preis 2026, uno de los reconocimientos m\u00e1s relevantes del sector europeo de la restauraci\u00f3n organizada y el foodservice.
