Betancor <\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El grupo mexicano Alsea est\u00e1 intensificando en 2026 la evoluci\u00f3n de su modelo operativo en el pa\u00eds, con un foco creciente en la digitalizaci\u00f3n, la optimizaci\u00f3n de formatos y el reposicionamiento de sus principales marcas en segmentos de mayor valor a\u00f1adido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En un contexto marcado por un consumo m\u00e1s selectivo, la compa\u00f1\u00eda ha reforzado su apuesta por experiencias en tienda m\u00e1s cuidadas, al tiempo que impulsa canales digitales como el delivery y el take away, que contin\u00faan consolid\u00e1ndose como palancas clave de crecimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dentro de este proceso de ajuste, no todas las marcas del portafolio han evolucionado al mismo ritmo. Conceptos de servicio completo como Vips, o ense\u00f1as m\u00e1s tradicionales dentro del grupo, han mostrado una mayor exposici\u00f3n a un consumidor m\u00e1s cauteloso, con menor frecuencia de visita y mayor sensibilidad al precio. En contraste, formatos de servicio r\u00e1pido y altamente estandarizados como Domino\u2019s Pizza o cafeter\u00edas como Starbucks han demostrado una mayor resiliencia, apoyados en su capacidad de digitalizaci\u00f3n, delivery y conveniencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La estrategia pasa tambi\u00e9n por una revisi\u00f3n del portafolio, priorizando ubicaciones con mayor rendimiento y adaptando los conceptos a nuevas din\u00e1micas urbanas, donde el tiempo de consumo, la conveniencia y la experiencia adquieren un peso creciente en la decisi\u00f3n del cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En paralelo, Alsea contin\u00faa apoy\u00e1ndose en la fortaleza de sus alianzas con marcas internacionales para sostener su posicionamiento en el mercado mexicano, mientras explora ajustes operativos orientados a mejorar eficiencia en un entorno de presi\u00f3n sobre costes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este movimiento refleja una tendencia m\u00e1s amplia dentro del sector de la restauraci\u00f3n organizada en M\u00e9xico, donde los operadores est\u00e1n evolucionando hacia modelos m\u00e1s flexibles, digitalizados y orientados a la rentabilidad por punto de venta.
