Seg\u00fan&nbsp;<strong>Sun Guili<\/strong>, director del departamento de nutrici\u00f3n cl\u00ednica, estos platos se desarrollan a partir de una extensa investigaci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica. No es una dieta sencilla, sino&nbsp;<strong>una gu\u00eda de salud&nbsp;<\/strong>que contempla las &nbsp;600 kcal de una pata de pato estofada y fideos de ra\u00edz de helecho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El eje de esta pr\u00e1ctica, para los post parto, se encuentra en el concepto de Zuo yuezi, un periodo de aproximadamente un mes tras el parto en el que la madre sigue un r\u00e9gimen espec\u00edfico de descanso y alimentaci\u00f3n orientado a la recuperaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica. Durante este tiempo, la dieta se basa en platos calientes, sopas nutritivas y preparaciones dise\u00f1adas para restablecer el equilibrio del organismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lejos de limitarse al \u00e1mbito dom\u00e9stico, esta tradici\u00f3n ha evolucionado hacia una oferta profesionalizada que incluye hospitales, centros especializados y establecimientos dedicados exclusivamente al cuidado postnatal.
