La transformaci\u00f3n de los sistemas alimentarios podr\u00eda reducir estas emisiones a m\u00e1s de la mitad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Menos del 1% de la poblaci\u00f3n mundial se encuentra actualmente en el \u00abespacio seguro y justo\u00bb, donde los derechos de las personas y las necesidades alimentarias se satisfacen dentro de los l\u00edmites planetarios.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El 30% de las personas m\u00e1s ricas impulsa m\u00e1s del 70% de los impactos ambientales relacionados con los alimentos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Adem\u00e1s declara que<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Incluso con una transici\u00f3n global completa lejos de los combustibles f\u00f3siles, los sistemas alimentarios a\u00fan podr\u00edan empujar las temperaturas m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de 1,5 \u00b0 C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La remodelaci\u00f3n de los sistemas podr\u00eda generar rendimientos de $ 5 billones al a\u00f1o a trav\u00e9s de una mejor salud, ecosistemas restaurados y resiliencia clim\u00e1tica, m\u00e1s de diez veces la inversi\u00f3n de $ 200-500 mil millones necesaria para impulsar el cambio de los sistemas alimentarios.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El informe es ciertamente oportuno ya que las corporaciones alimentarias comienzan a vacilar en sus compromisos clim\u00e1ticos (y ambientales, sociales y de gobernanza m\u00e1s amplios). En su mayor\u00eda culpan a la crisis del costo de vida y la geopol\u00edtica, mientras se\u00f1alan la inacci\u00f3n, desde la granja hasta la mesa, en toda la cadena alimentaria. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;Rockstr\u00f6m, copresidente de la Comisi\u00f3n y director del Instituto Potsdam para la Investigaci\u00f3n del Impacto Clim\u00e1tico, en Alemania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los expertos descubrieron que las dietas actuales generalmente carecen de frutas, verduras, nueces, legumbres y granos integrales, mientras que contienen cantidades excesivas de carne, l\u00e1cteos, grasas, az\u00facar y alimentos altamente procesados.
