En un momento en que el proyecto de ley sobre obesidad llama la atenci\u00f3n sobre una emergencia que pesa m\u00e1s de 97 mil millones de euros al a\u00f1o en las arcas sociales,&nbsp;<strong>un comedor p\u00fablico de calidad representa una inversi\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;en salud y cohesi\u00f3n, no un gasto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para apoyar este modelo, se necesita un&nbsp;<strong>mercado regulado, transparente y sostenible.&nbsp;<\/strong>La revisi\u00f3n ordinaria y obligatoria de los precios debe convertirse en un principio estructural de los contratos p\u00fablicos de servicios. Es esencial reconocer la&nbsp;<strong>especificidad de la restauraci\u00f3n colectiva,&nbsp;<\/strong>permitir m\u00e1rgenes justos en los contratos y establecer un convenio colectivo nacional espec\u00edfico, capaz de mejorar la&nbsp;<strong>profesionalidad del sector.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El evento <strong>&nbsp;destac\u00f3 la funci\u00f3n educativa, social y cultural de la&nbsp;<\/strong>restauraci\u00f3n colectiva, abordando los temas de equidad alimentaria, calidad de los servicios y lucha contra las desigualdades territoriales.
