Si, por un lado, el objetivo es aumentar la remuneraci\u00f3n de los camareros, por otro lado, existe el riesgo de descargar un problema estructural (todav\u00eda) sobre los consumidores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El debate se centra en la importancia de mantener la \u00abpropina\u00bb como un gesto gratuito y opcional, una forma de recompensar voluntariamente, la calidad del servicio, y en el uso de herramientas digitales que hagan que este gesto sea m\u00e1s simple y transparente, tambi\u00e9n gracias a un r\u00e9gimen fiscal simplificado<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La idea de hacer que las propinas sean obligatorias en los restaurantes ha creado pol\u00e9mica. Un restaurador bolo\u00f1\u00e9s intent\u00f3 la aplicarla, pero la iniciativa no encontr\u00f3 el apoyo de operadores y clientes. La&nbsp;FIPE (Federaci\u00f3n Italiana deEstablecimientos P\u00fablicos)&nbsp;tom\u00f3 partido de inmediato, afirmando que las propinas deben seguir siendo una herramienta gratuita, la mejor manera para que los clientes \u00abrecompensen el compromiso y la pasi\u00f3n\u00bb del personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>El problema no es la punta en s\u00ed, sino su gesti\u00f3n. Muchos no tienen efectivo y por esta raz\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se est\u00e1 fomentando el pago digital por propinas, gracias a un r\u00e9gimen fiscal preferencial del 5%. Muchos se oponen a la propina obligatoria, consider\u00e1ndola \u00abuna descarga m\u00e1s de un problema estructural para el consumidor\u00bb, que ya paga la tasa de cobertura en Italia, que ya cubre parcialmente esta carga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;La soluci\u00f3n no es imponer, sino potenciar la libertad del cliente. En este sentido, los sistemas de pago avanzados como&nbsp;los de Qodeup&nbsp;pueden estimular las propinas, vincul\u00e1ndolas a la calidad del servicio. Los n\u00fameros lo demuestran: en algunos lugares, las propinas pueden aumentar el salario mensual del personal de sala &nbsp;en un 50%.
