Condenada a desaparecer hace unos a\u00f1os, la cadena de comida r\u00e1pida ha podido recuperar una din\u00e1mica de crecimiento gracias a un reposicionamiento estrat\u00e9gico efectivo.&nbsp;En 2024, alcanz\u00f3 los 515 millones de euros de ingresos en Francia, lo que supone un aumento del 25% en comparaci\u00f3n con el a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este aumento se basa en una doble aceleraci\u00f3n: el desarrollo de la red y un tr\u00e1fico que se ha mantenido positivo. \u00bb&nbsp;<em>Nuestro crecimiento se basa sobre todo en un aumento de la afluencia, con un aumento del 3% en los ingresos comparables\u00bb,<\/em>&nbsp;dice&nbsp;Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Levacher, CEO de Quick.&nbsp;En tres a\u00f1os, la facturaci\u00f3n general ha aumentado en un 100%, impulsada por una r\u00e1pida expansi\u00f3n de la red. Entre los \u00e9xitos notables, la TP Burger, dise\u00f1ada en asociaci\u00f3n con Tony Parker, vendi\u00f3&nbsp;750,000 copias en cinco semanas.&nbsp;<em>\u00abLas colaboraciones con celebrities permiten dinamizar la oferta y atraer a nuevos p\u00fablicos\u00bb,<\/em>&nbsp;dice Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Levacher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En febrero, Quick celebr\u00f3 el 45 aniversario de su ic\u00f3nico Giant con una oferta especial para comprar la hamburguesa por un euro con cualquier compra de un men\u00fa. La operaci\u00f3n fue un gran \u00e9xito, con&nbsp;tres millones de Giants vendidos en un mes, el doble que en un per\u00edodo tradicional.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quick&nbsp; trabaja mucho&nbsp; sobre la imagen de marca&nbsp; que va acompa\u00f1ada de una fuerte presencia digital &nbsp;con un mill\u00f3n de seguidores y un&nbsp;programa de fidelizaci\u00f3n, el Qlub Quick, que ya ha atra\u00eddo a tambi\u00e9n un mill\u00f3n de miembros.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;En el aspecto operativo, Quick contin\u00faa adaptando su modelo a los nuevos h\u00e1bitos de consumo.&nbsp;La marca implementar\u00e1 el pedido de mesas a fines del primer trimestre de 2025,&nbsp; y es que&nbsp; ahora,&nbsp;el 43% de las ventas se realizan en el comedor, mientras que el drive-thru representa el 26%, la comida para llevar el 19% y la entrega a domicilio el 12%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Presente en Francia, B\u00e9lgica, Luxemburgo y Marruecos, la cadena de comida r\u00e1pida ahora est\u00e1 pensando en expandirse a otros mercados europeos. A diferencia de Francia, donde Quick gestiona directamente sus franquicias, la marca es operada en B\u00e9lgica y Luxemburgo por QSR Belgium, una subsidiaria de Kharis Capital, que est\u00e1 convirtiendo gradualmente los restaurantes bajo la marca Burger King. En Marruecos, Quick se desarrolla a trav\u00e9s de una master-franquicia concedida al Grupo T\u00e9nor, que opera la marca y despliega un modelo mixto entre franquicias locales y establecimientos propios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La marca contin\u00faa aumentando sus inversiones en marketing para respaldar este crecimiento y ahora apunta a\u00a0600 millones de euros en ingresos para fines de 2025.
