{"id":2008,"date":"2024-12-25T20:14:04","date_gmt":"2024-12-25T19:14:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/foodstory.es\/?p=2008"},"modified":"2024-12-25T20:14:06","modified_gmt":"2024-12-25T19:14:06","slug":"iberica-se-desprende-en-inglaterra-de-la-mayoria-de-sus-locales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foodstory.es\/ca\/iberica-se-desprende-en-inglaterra-de-la-mayoria-de-sus-locales\/","title":{"rendered":"Iberica \u00a0se desprende \u00a0en Inglaterra \u00a0de la mayor\u00eda de sus locales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A primeros de diciembre se supo en Londres que la direcci\u00f3n de Ib\u00e9rica, la cadena de restaurantes de tapas espa\u00f1olas creada por Nacho Manzano y Marcos Ferndez Pardo hace 15 a\u00f1os en el Reino Unido, present\u00f3 &nbsp;una notificaci\u00f3n para nombrar administradores &nbsp;de la empresa a &nbsp;&nbsp;Gordon Thomson y Stephanie Sutton de RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00edas m\u00e1s tarde, un comunicado de RSM, anunciaba que tres de los cinco establecimientos de Ib\u00e9rica hab\u00edan cerrado, incluido el establecimiento original en Marylebone, que abri\u00f3 en 2008. Igualmente han cerrado los locales de&nbsp;&nbsp; Canary Wharf y el de Leeds, &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a los dos locales restantes que no han sido cerrados, Camino Group, conocido por sus restaurantes de tem\u00e1tica espa\u00f1ola en Londres,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thedrinksbusiness.com\/2023\/03\/bar-pepito-prepares-to-shift-focus-from-sherry-to-rioja\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">incluido el Bar Rioja en King&#8217;s Cross<\/a>&nbsp;, ha adquirido, seg\u00fan RSM, el Farringdon Ib\u00e9rica y tomado &nbsp;una opci\u00f3n sobre el de Victoria.
