Sucede a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldcoffeeportal.com\/Latest\/News\/2023\/March\/Starbucks-begins-new-chapter-as-Laxman-Narasimhan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Laxman Narasimhan<\/a>\u00a0despu\u00e9s de que los accionistas de Starbucks le separaran del puesto,\u00a0\u00a0tras\u00a018 meses en el cargo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Niccol expuso su visi\u00f3n para sus primeros 100 d\u00edas como CEO, anunciando mejoras tanto en las operaciones como en el marketing, al tiempo que prometi\u00f3 \u00ab<em>volver a lo que hace que Starbucks sea Starbucks\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una carta abierta a los empleados, clientes y stockholders, Niccol dijo que es\u00a0<em>\u00a0\u00abcliente desde hace mucho tiempo\u00bb<\/em> de la marca y\u00a0\u00a0que ya ha pasado tiempo dentro de los locales\u00a0\u00a0hablando con empleados y clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Niccol enumer\u00f3 cuatro \u00e1reas clave que tendr\u00e1n el mayor impacto en los pr\u00f3ximos 100 d\u00edas: Empoderar a los baristas para que cuiden a los clientes; mejorar el servicio por la ma\u00f1ana; restablecer Starbucks como la cafeter\u00eda de la\u00a0<em>socialit\u00e9\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0y <em>\u00abcontar nuestra historia\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Restablecer Starbucks como centro de reuniones diversas\u00a0es uno de los objetivos clave.
