{"id":1799,"date":"2024-08-30T21:18:23","date_gmt":"2024-08-30T19:18:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/foodstory.es\/?p=1799"},"modified":"2024-08-30T21:19:55","modified_gmt":"2024-08-30T19:19:55","slug":"eating-better-preocupada-por-el-mayor-consumo-de-carne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foodstory.es\/ca\/eating-better-preocupada-por-el-mayor-consumo-de-carne\/","title":{"rendered":"Eating\u00a0\u00a0Better preocupada por el\u00a0\u00a0mayor consumo de carne.\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Si cada vez m\u00e1s se habla de prote\u00edna alternativa a la carne, tambi\u00e9n se evidencia la apertura de mayor n\u00famero de restaurantes con base carne, en especial hamburgueser\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recientemente, Lancet Diabetes &amp; Endocrinology ha publicado un estudio donde concluye que m\u00e1s consumo de carne de lo habitual conduce a la diabetis2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De ah\u00ed que\u00a0\u00a0Eating Better, una\u00a0\u00a0organizaci\u00f3n non profit que re\u00fane a su vez un pool de organizaciones que luchan porque se coma mejor, ha denunciado que las ultimas cifras sobre consumo detectan un regreso a mayor consumo de carne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un horizonte de 10 a\u00f1os, los que comen carne est\u00e1n volviendo a hacerlo a niveles no recomendables y las encuestas revelan claramente que una cosa es la intenci\u00f3n y otra la acci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puede que la inversi\u00f3n de la tendencia provenga de que la prote\u00edna alternativa es cara&nbsp;&nbsp;y menos sostenible de lo que parec\u00eda en sus argumentos a favor de su&nbsp;&nbsp;consumo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De ah\u00ed que\u00a0\u00a0Eating Better solicite de los Gobiernos de los pa\u00edses de la\u00a0\u00a0UE que implementen planes alimentarios a favor de la prote\u00edna alterna tiva y usen como palancas sus compras p\u00fablicas para\u00a0\u00a0dar de comer en colectividades.Tambi\u00e9n recomienda a la hosteler\u00eda que sus cartas tengan m\u00e1s productos plant based.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La actual situaci\u00f3n ha hecho dudar a empresas referencia como Honest Burger si ha de seguir tratando de servir sus platos con carne procedente de la agricultura regenerativa o no.
