As\u00ed si alcanza m\u00e1s del 90% otorga la calificaci\u00f3n Oro, si es entre el 50 y 89% distingue con Plata y entre 20y 49 con Bronce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hace unas semanas el catering HIPP fue reconocido por el ministerio federal de agricultura, en la categor\u00eda oro, por servir en los centros de ense\u00f1anza comidas con al menos el 90% de ingredientes de origen org\u00e1nico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pese al avance en esa iniciativa, la hosteler\u00eda que sirve en colectividades no est\u00e1 muy de acuerdo con los porcentajes, ya que alcanzar&nbsp;&nbsp;niveles altos supone tambi\u00e9n costos elevados.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el DIG, Instituto Alem\u00e1n de Gastronom\u00eda Comunitaria,hubiera sido mejor empezar por el 10% para la categor\u00eda bronce y asi incentivar a ascender en los porcentajes ,sin traumas financieros.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El gobierno alem\u00e1n le premia con\u00a0\u00a0la BIO-AHV certificaci\u00f3n ORO. \u00daltimamente el ministro de agricultura de la rep\u00fablica federal de Alemania, Cem Ozdemir, lidera una campa\u00f1a para implantar un plan de nutrici\u00f3n y alimentaci\u00f3n que se sustente en lo saludable y sostenible.
