{"id":1312,"date":"2024-02-15T13:26:06","date_gmt":"2024-02-15T12:26:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/foodstory.es\/?p=1312"},"modified":"2024-02-20T16:48:10","modified_gmt":"2024-02-20T15:48:10","slug":"envases-reutilizables-en-hosteleria-puede-una-taza-salvar-el-planeta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foodstory.es\/ca\/envases-reutilizables-en-hosteleria-puede-una-taza-salvar-el-planeta\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00a0Envases reutilizables en Hosteleria\u00a0\u00a0\u00bfPuede una taza salvar el planeta? \u00a0Informe publicado por\u00a0Meiko y Foodprint Intelligence en Gran Breta\u00f1a"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>De las encuestas hechas a consumidores se concluye que el 48% de las personas dijeron que quer\u00edan que los restaurantes con oferta, o no, de take away\u00a0asumieran la responsabilidad de proporcionar envases reutilizables convenientes y que el 47% de las personas usar\u00edan una taza, vaso, bol o recipiente de comida, proporcionado por un restaurante, si pudieran dejarlo en un punto de recolecci\u00f3n despu\u00e9s de su uso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Adem\u00e1s, una de cada cinco personas dijo que usar\u00eda preferentemente un restaurante&nbsp;&nbsp;con oferta take away&nbsp;&nbsp;en particular, si ofreciera envases reutilizables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">En el acto se cont\u00f3 con la opini\u00f3n de empresas locales del sector de la restauraci\u00f3n comercial y colectiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">El director general de Meiko Reino Unido, Paul Anderson, dijo: \u201cEl tema de los productos reutilizables y de un solo uso, est\u00e1 teniendo un efecto extraordinario en la industria de la restauraci\u00f3n del Reino Unido\u201d\u2026.\u201cLo que es alentador es que estamos siendo testigos de un cambio fundamental en el comportamiento social, en el que el p\u00fablico y los proveedores de servicios de restauraci\u00f3n y catering se unen, para reducir el desperdicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Otra de las declaraciones vers\u00f3 sobre: \u201cLos costes de eliminaci\u00f3n de residuos est\u00e1n por las nubes, el espacio de almacenamiento para los contenedores es escaso en los locales y los clientes no son muy amigos de transportar envases.Todo el mundo odia el desperdicio y debemos eliminar los art\u00edculos de un solo uso, siempre que sea posible\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">En&nbsp;<em>\u00bfPuede una taza salvar el planeta?<\/em>&nbsp;Se encuentran soluciones para armonizar esas posturas y lograr ser m\u00e1s sostenible.
